Nicholas Kioussis, University of Iowa, “Identification of Defect Candidates and their Effects on Carrier Lifetimes and Dark Currents in the InAs/InAsSb Strained-Layer Superlattices for Infrared Detectors”

Department of physics and astronomy faculty member Nicholas Kioussis has received $29,250 from the University of Iowa, in continuing support of a project entitled  “Identification of Defect Candidates and their Effects on Carrier Lifetimes and Dark Currents in the InAs/InAsSb Strained-Layer Superlattices for Infrared Detectors.”
