Dreamgirls’ Moya Angela Delivers Riveting National Anthem at Dodger Stadium

Leading up to the four-show stand at the Valley Performing Arts Center for Dreamgirls, one of the Broadway hit’s stars, Moya Angela, sang a powerful rendition of the national anthem before the May 1 game at Dodger Stadium. Before her turn at the microphone, Angela even got to meet a certain world boxing champion and favorite son of Los Angeles.

Angela will be on the stage at the VPAC May 6-8 with the cast of the award-winning musical, which brings Broadway to the San Fernando Valley for the first time.
