CSUN Baseball and Softball Gear Up for Big West Home Openers

The Matadors will begin conference play in both baseball and softball at 3 p.m. on April 7.

The first 100 fans to attended the baseball game against UC Santa Barbara will receive a free T-shirt.  The Matadors (13-15) have flashed their potential on numerous occasions throughout the season, defeating 14th-ranked Vanderbilt twice, UCLA and Purdue.

The CSUN Softball team will take on Hawaii at the Matador Softball Field, with the first 50 fans receiving a free softball hat. CSUN has gotten off to a solid 21-13 start so far, thanks to its senior-heavy roster and its power-hitting lineup.
