Sagi Lev-Ari

Junior starting forward Sagi Lev-Ari on California State University, Northridge’s men’s soccer team is getting national attention. Last week, Lev-Ari was named to the prestigious College Soccer News National Team of the Week.

Lev-Ari was selected offensive MVP of the Lobo Invitational after the Matadors defeated host New Mexico 3-2 for CSUN’s first win in Albuquerque the week prior to his selection. He scored the deciding goal and recorded an assist against the Lobos, a score that has helped him rocket up to second in the nation in goals made. The Israeli native is also first nationally in shots on goal.
