‘Colaboratoria’ Showcases New Dances by CSUN Choreographers

    While many performances were familiar in style, cultural inspirations influenced the creation of others. In “Tharana,” choreographed by the Kalalayam Dance Group, three classic Indian dances—Bharatanatyam, Kathak and Odissi—were fused to create a vibrant dance composition.
