CSUN’s Kinesiology Majors Club organized its annual Halloween-themed 5K run/walk on Oct. 31 on the streets of the CSUN campus. Even though the event was open to the public, mostly CSUN kinesiology majors attended the run, showing a strong sense of community among the kinesiology majors.

“It’s a fun social event,” said Andrew Tiu, president of the Kinesiology Majors Club. “It is to bring the KIN community together.”

The run started and ended at the Redwood Hall’s west patio. Most runners were dressed in their favorite Halloween attire. The first three fastest female and male runners were awarded with prizes. A costume contest winner was selected at the end of the run as well.
