California State University, Northridge President Dianne F. Harrison listens to students and members of H.O.P.E.’s House during a reception before services. During her message, Harrison said, “Super Sunday is not about just one Sunday. It is about a pathway, a journey, a launching pad if you will, to be super you.” Harrison said Super Sunday is just one initiative to support efforts to attract more African-American students. The CSU system also hosts summer algebra camps, college fairs, "train the trainer" workshops at churches and parent training programs.
