CSUN Ranked Among Top Producers of Bachelor’s Degrees for Minority Students

Diverse: Issues in Higher Education ranked CSUN No. 7 nationally in bachelor’s degrees awarded to minority students, in its”Top Producers of Bachelor’s Degrees” list. According to fall 2018 enrollment data, 4,502 CSUN graduates were from minority groups, making up 59 percent of the graduating cohort for that year.

The website also ranked CSUN, a hispanic-serving institution (HSI), No. 4 nationally in bachelor’s degrees awarded to Hispanic students in 2018. Latina and Latino students made up 40 percent of CSUN’s graduating cohort, according to data from fall 2018.
