CSUN again has been lauded for cultivating a diverse and inclusive campus community, with INSIGHT into Diversity’s 2020 Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) award, the only recognition of its kind in the nation.

This is the fifth consecutive year CSUN has received the HEED Award. The national honor recognizes U.S. colleges and universities that demonstrate an outstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion. Recipients are recognized for their recruitment and retention of both diverse students and employees, as well as support for diversity and inclusion on campus.

As a recipient of the award, CSUN will be featured along with 89 other recipients in the November 2020 issue of INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine, the oldest and largest diversity-focused publication in higher education.
