On Monday, Feb. 14, campus sidewalks came alive with students hurrying to classes. What’s usually routine by this time in the semester had that “first day of school” excitement as students returned to campus after nearly two years of mostly virtual learning due to COVID-19.

CSUN leaders worked to make the occasion a special one. Volunteers with the CSUN Navigators program were busy giving directions and Associated Students officers roamed the sidewalks to say hi. Students met up with old friends and many of them attended in-person CSUN classes for the first time ever.

It’s good to see you, Matadors. Welcome back!
